OneTriggr provides a communication platform that allows businesses to manage and send notifications, emails, SMS, and other messages through a unified API. Our service acts as an abstraction layer between your application and various communication providers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities including:

• Sending spam, unsolicited, or bulk communications
• Transmitting malicious code or attempting to breach security
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice to users.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Usage-based charges are calculated monthly based on your actual usage. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not share it with third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

OneTriggr and its services are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software or services without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTriggr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OneTriggr is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
